Organizational Structure

Americana Centre is governed by a dedicated, volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of seven members who serve terms of up to three years. The Board meets monthly to make strategic decisions that ensure the financial stability, operational integrity, and long-term well-being of the community.

The Board provides oversight to a professional management company responsible for both financial administration and physical upkeep of the property. A full-time on-site staff of ten supports day-to-day operations and resident needs.

Resident Committees

Americana Centre encourages active resident participation through standing committees that support key areas of community life. These committees play an essential role in maintaining transparency, engagement, and quality of life.

Design Committee
Chair: Anusha Dharmasena
Advises the Board on aesthetic considerations and recommends improvements to shared interior and exterior spaces.

Financial Management Committee
Chair: James Jurich
Provides oversight and guidance on budgeting, financial reporting, and reserve planning.

Communications Committee
Chair: Rutie Ekdish
Enhances internal communication through newsletters, website updates, and resident outreach.

Community Governance Committee
Chair: Robert Kaunitz
Reviews governing documents, supports policy development, and fosters fair governance practices.
