Pet-Friendly Condominium

Laundry Facilities
The high-rise buildings have a laundry room on each floor with two washers and dryers, a purpose design to encourage interaction among residents. The operating costs are included in the HOA fees. Garden building units and townhomes have their own dedicated washer and dryer.

Storage Units
High-rise buildings have additional storage units in the basement of the buildings. They are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not part of the deed.

Utilities
Heating and Air Conditioning is centralized (not individually metered). The HOA fee covers electricity, water and gas and HVAC. Americana Centre is wired for Comcast Infinity and Verizon Fios and is not included in the HOA fee.

Parking on premises
Parking is available to all residents with an underground garage, a carport and guest parking just steps away from most of the buildings.

Our Community
We actively pursue every opportunity to engage with our neighbors, and American Centre Condominium provides ample occasions to do just that through events that enable fun and camaraderie. We use our layout to organize barbecues, musical events, themed gatherings, and holiday parties.

On an ongoing basis, residents can participate in different social groups and activities according to their preferences.
