Financial Management Committee (FMC)

The Financial Management Committee offers a way for those concerned about the ACCI finances to participate. Its functions include assisting with preparing the annual budget and budget narrative; reviewing association fees and making recommendations as to fees charged for the use of ACCI facilities; reviewing and making recommendations as to the Replacement Reserve and periodic Maintenance Reserve schedules; reviewing expenditures; reviewing and making recommendations as to total payroll and employee benefits; reviewing and commenting on the draft financial audit report; and reviewing financial policies, practices, and financial reports. Please contact the Management Office for additional information. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Dolley Madison Room (DMR).

Social Committee

Looking For Volunteers!  This committee is currently not active.  The Social Committee coordinates social events to help provide a sense of community within the property. If you’d like to host, volunteer, or learn more information, please contact the Management Office.
